Returns:

1. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at travellinwa.co@outlook.com and we will notify you of the next steps. 

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email with the approval or rejection of your refund. 

2. If your refund is approved, we will process this and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at travellinwa.co@outlook.com to arrange for an exchange.
